To enroll in the Original Medicare Coordination of Benefits plan, you must live in:

Mason (ZIP code 98560), Yakima, Benton, Franklin, Walla Walla, Columbia or Whitman County

You must continue to pay your Medicare Part B premium and any other applicable Medicare premium(s), if not otherwise paid by Medicaid or another third party. To qualify for the "Retiree & Spouse" rate, BOTH must be enrolled in Parts A and B.
