Elect PPO Plan

- Kaiser Permanente doctors and care teams in the plan’s service area, covering 12 counties in Washington: Island, King, Kitsap, Lewis, Mason, Pierce, Skagit, Snohomish, Spokane, Thurston, Whatcom, and Whitman
- First Choice Health in Washington counties not in our service area and in Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and Alaska
- First Health nationwide outside of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and Alaska
This plan also provides access to care from any other licensed provider at the out-of-network benefit level.
